Ingredients

10 Alaska Cod fillets (4-6 oz. portions)
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp. tandoori spice paste or curry powder
½ cup plain Greek Yogurt
¼ cup ghee (clarified butter)           

Directions
  1. Season cod with salt and pepper.
  2. Blend tandoori paste, yogurt and ghee.  Marinate fish in tandoori mixture, 30-60 minutes.
  3. Grill fish until opaque throughout.
