
Xinjiang Style Alaska Sea Cucumbers with Eggplants
100g Sea Cucumber
150g Eggplants
50g Tomatoes
50g Green Peppers
5g Minced Garlic
3g Salt
1. Dice eggplants, green peppers, sea cucumbers and tomatoes.
2. Stir-fry eggplants with oil.
3. Saute minced garlic. Stir-fry all the ingredients and salt to taste
